Please note that our shipping promotions are applicable online only. In-store shipments will have different rates.

In-stock Merchandise:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days, standard USPS shipping delivery is 5-8 business days depending on the shipping address, and the premium delivery option gets next-day processing on orders placed before 5 pm EST.

*Processing/Shipping may range 24-48 hours (Business Days) during the months of November & December

Backordered items:


Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. 


Special Orders:


Special orders may not be canceled or refunded. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer. Cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order. Special order items are indicated on the item's product page.


Pre-Orders:


Pre-order items are paid upon checkout and ship at a later date. The shipping window is our estimate based on the manufacturing company but may be subject to change. Pre-orders may ship earlier or slightly later than the indicated date. Pre-order items are excluded from all discounts/promotions.
Multiple Shipments:


The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges. In the instance your order is 1-Day Priority Mail Express and requires split shipments from our other stockrooms, we will only be able to ship one of your parcels 1-Day Priority Mail Express. We will not do so until we first contact you.
